From the start, this apartment complex distinguishes themselves from the rest of the apartments in the area. The process is streamlined, easy to understand, and very quick. They only make promises they can keep and the amenities are always in good condition! Maintenance is always very prompt and professional. I would live here forever if I could, but life happens! The move out process is easy and their move out fee is a relief compared to most other apartments(here it is not the full lease term-just one month of rent + cleaning fee(+ 60 days notice)) The leasing staff is very professional and very understanding and helpful! I worked with Brittany, Christa, and Issac and they are truly a joy to work with!
