Aslan did an excellent job! I had an issue where the outlet on my table caught fire when I plugged in my laptop charger, and the lights went out. He came promptly, explained what had happened, and fixed everything perfectly. Now everything works flawlessly! He even showed me how to turn the lights back on if it happens again. Aslan is a friendly, professional, and pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

If you’re thinking of living here, here’s what I can tell you as a resident since 2021: - The property has been through 2-3 ownership changes since we moved in, but the current (AMP) is the best! They get points for timely communication, staying on top of repairs - Scott (who has been with the property since we moved in) is an invaluable member of the team! He (and his team) know the property inside & out, and will repair or replace *ANYTHING* in a timely manner! This has been the highlight of living here. Knowing that no matter what happens, the maintenance team will correct the issue ASAP and I don’t have to worry about my apartment degrading over time. - Brennan (Leasing office, front desk) is helpful, professional & kind. It’s nice to see him around! - Over the years, there have been issues with FOBs + entries, elevators, package lockers, broken entry/exit gates — however, I believe these incidences to be inevitable & expected for most properties. What’s important is what is done to correct the issue when it shows up. - Our unit is right near the road, so there can be road noise & sirens at all hours. This is one reason we’ve decided to relocate. - We’ve struggled with package theft/failed deliveries. I don’t believe there are enough package lockers to accommodate a building with this many units. As a result, FedEx/Amazon/UPS drivers are forced to deliver to your door, and with a building this big being difficult to navigate, that doesn’t always happen. Overall, it’s been a nice place to live & the location cannot be beat. 🙂
