Camden Shadow Brook has an excellent maintenance team. The repairs are done in a timely manner. He was friendly and very efficient. A nice man.

Unfortunately we already found a place. One of our "musts" was having a place where we could choose our own electricity provider, and we could not do that here since the area was not deregulated yet. The property itself was really beautiful when we went though. Also, Jonathan Underwood was an awesome Leasing Consultant! Went above and beyond, showed us vacant units in the two different finishes the property had to offer, his follow up was great, had a good attitude, didn't try to sell us on anything. Wish more places had leasing consultants like that.
