Unfortunately we already found a place. One of our "musts" was having a place where we could choose our own electricity provider, and we could not do that here since the area was not deregulated yet. The property itself was really beautiful when we went though. Also, Jonathan Underwood was an awesome Leasing Consultant! Went above and beyond, showed us vacant units in the two different finishes the property had to offer, his follow up was great, had a good attitude, didn't try to sell us on anything. Wish more places had leasing consultants like that.

The Shadow Brooks website is great but seeing it in person- WOW. It checked all of my boxes for my dog Riley and me. Maggie Elwood is outstanding. She found exactly what we needed. I loved this place so much I applied immediately. I have been looking for awhile and I was so disappointed. In my opinion, Shadow Brooks is a hidden gem -I am so happy that I went in person. Maggie didn’t just stop after I signed she has made this transition seamless and has been extremely helpful which is rare. I look forward and am excited to my move in on May 13th. Maggie and the complex have 5 stars in my mind and I can’t wait for her to meet Riley. Thank you Maggie

I have not yet moved in, but so far my move in experience with the front office has been great! Shae was a wonderful help answering any leasing questions. My car battery actually died on the day I went in for move in day appointment and the community manager as well as some maintenance staff helped me get my car back running in a jiffy. Even with things like that I was pleasantly surprised they helped me so quickly and without hesitation. I cannot wait to be a part of this community!

I had a great experience with Camden Shadow Brook Apartments. Any concerns I raised were addressed promptly and effectively. I was fortunate with my apartment’s location—it was always quiet and felt safe. The gym, pool, and dog parks were well-maintained and enjoyable. The maintenance team and front office staff were both efficient and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
