I have nothing but great things to say about Camden Rainey street! It’s a great property with beautiful units, perfect location and amazing staff. They have made my experience living here the past year absolutely wonderful, even despite the renovation projects. I am so thankful for everything the leasing office does for its residents and I can’t wait to see the new renovations! Special shout out to Alissa, Katie and Steven in the leasing office! You guys are awesome and we appreciate everything you do!!!

Carmelo on the service staff is fantastic as well as DJ. We’ve lived at camden for two years and have really enjoyed the service and staff. They are always on the ball, always willing to help in really just use common sense and a lot of areas which seems almost uncommon with leasing offices these days at other places. Thank you Carmelo, DJ, and the rest of the great camden staff for creating a helpful and collaborative community.
It’s officially my last week living at the Camden and I’m so sad. I’ve lived here for 14 months and it has been nothing short of amazing. Katie is the most positive, enthusiastic, and helpful leasing agent I’ve ever met. She was who helped me make the decision to live at Camden and she provided incredible support through my entire time living here. She’s quick at responding and is always so sweet and happy to help. My time at the Camden would not be the same without her! Maintenance and management is great here. This is the perfect place to move to if this is your first year is Austin. Location is amazing with the lake and the nightlife scene less than a 10 minute walk away. I am moving because I work remote and want to travel more but I really enjoyed my time here. The only downside is I lived on the side facing Rainey and you are subjected to listening to what’s playing on the street. Sometimes that’s a drummer and sometimes it’s bad cover bands. Other times the DJ is killing it and has you turning up in the kitchen so it’s not all bad. The bedroom is completely soundproof so I’ve never had my sleep disrupted due to noise. I live on the 4th floor and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the people watching so if noise isn’t a big deal I wouldn’t discount living on the side facing Rainey because it’s an experience!
Absolutely perfect. Katie was very professional, and presented us with an excellent tour.
This will be our next home. We can't wait to move in. Job well done!

You were super kind and professional. Hope to call Camden my future home as soon as my current lease ends! 😀
Also shout out and special thanks to the property manager Rachel for promptly getting in touch with me and working with me and your garage company to find a resolution for the erroneous parking violation.
I moved to Camden Rainey in July 2024, completing the entire leasing process from out of state. The leasing team was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling a video tour to the move-in day. The leasing, management, and maintenance teams are outstanding! The interior of my apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable.
Disclaimer: I previously worked in residential property management for several years and now work in commercial real estate. I write this review as an experienced professional in the industry, with no prior or current employment connection to Camden. Having a competent, courteous, and professional staff is critical to an exceptional living experience, and Camden Rainey has certainly delivered on that. I don't think the average renter fully understands how important this is.
Regarding the negative reviews: most seem to stem from renters not fully reading their lease agreements and then being upset by something they were unaware of. As for the complaints about the parking garage, I can't comment personally as I don't have a vehicle by choice, but my visitor used the garage for a couple of days without issue.
In terms of noise and construction, Camden was completely transparent with me about ongoing renovations. I'm confident renters were informed in advance, and the property offers free resort passes as compensation for the temporary closure of the onsite pool. It’s important to be realistic and understand that certain conditions are part of apartment living, especially during renovations.
In short, Camden Rainey is a fantastic place to live if you are a reasonable person with realistic expectations of apartment life.

Katie, Alissa, and the entire front office concierge team have consistently been helpful, responsive, and communicative whenever I’ve had any questions or concerns. A special thanks to DJ, Carmelo, and the amazing maintenance crew, who have gone above and beyond to address any repairs or issues Ive had, often the same day! I truly appreciate their dedication and quick solutions, and ensuring that I’m satisfied with the end results.
I’ve lived here for a handful of years now and everything has been a good experience. I specifically want to shout out DJ on maintenance. He always comes around wi the a good attitude and get the job done the first time. It means a lot. Also shout out to Katie at the front. She’s always been friendly and helpful throughout my time here. 5 star!
