The administrator Fabiola Villalobos did a wonderful job getting the apartment ready for us in two days. Since we moved from Washington DC area, we were not sure of getting the apartment in two days. She worked above and beyond to do all the criminal checks and background checks in an accelerated fashion. She was very honest in talking about location and all details related to the apartment. I have been at this complex for over 8 years. I have never had any issues with the office staff. However, in the past I have never had my maintenance requests done in an efficient manner. I waited days, or weeks to get them filled. These maintenance requests with this management were responded the next day. The maintenance staff (Julian) was so efficent, informative and got it done quickly. Lela and her staff are the best!! Thank you for all that y'all do to keep up with the apartments.
