I normally don't take the time to write a review for places/establishments in general regardless of my experience, but when I do it's because something was either really bad or the complete opposite. In this case it's the latter of the two! I've been here for a few months so far and there are no extremely negative things I have to say or that are worth mentioning for me personally. The ladies at the front office are all amazing, and they made the move-in process as smooth as possible on their end! Their communication and response times are immaculate. It's honestly shocking how quickly and promptly they respond to emails, phone calls, and answering any questions I have had. Their demeanor and the overall interactions I've had have always been very pleasant and inviting. My apartment is nice and was ready by move in, the complex is overall pretty quiet and well maintained, people pick up after their pets, and the scenery and location definitely add to experience. They send updates on important information and provide tips on safety and avoiding any potential hazards(ie freezing temperatures, wildlife etc.). Due to the location in general along with the abundance of trees that add to the beautiful scenery, wildlife tend to gravitate every now and then so just take precautions as that is something out of the control of the occupants and the front office in general. They do have breed restrictions as do the majority of apts these days so be sure to check to avoid any issues. If you have a service animal or an ESA that happens to be a restricted breed(in my case German Shepherd) then be sure to have your ducks in a row because certain steps within their pet screening process(using a partnered 3rd party) can take some time and can delay your move in date if you aren't prepared. In my case it was physician issues which is something the office had no control over. Even the 3rd party was overall very prompt, helpful and adamant about helping me overcome the hiccups I experienced with the physician. To wrap things up, the Apartment/area is very convenient, beautiful and there's multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc that can be reached with just a straight shot drive in both directions when leaving the complex. My previous apartment was a nightmare so I am extremely grateful and happy to be here. Thank you ladies!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend :)

I have to say how much I love the women in the front office . They have made everything so simple n easy. Melissa was the one who sold me on the apartment and made the process easy . Only lived here a month but seems pretty good to me .
