Joke of an apartment complex. JOSIE IS AMAZING, but could be at a better property. Half of the units I entered had mold, and or roaches. 4-5 people sleeping in under 500sq ft. Drunk residents outside til 5am. Under paid maintenance who he fires because they were on their phone looking up how to fix the propertys broken lawnmower, and because he was sitting in his car waiting on the arrival of a trenching tool, after he'd been digging for almost 9 hours. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE , EVEN WORSE GUY TO WORK FOR
