I have lived at The Emerson for almost a year and absolutely love it! My apartment is so nice and the perfect size for a one bedroom with tons of closet space/storage! Tarryn has been amazing from the moment I inquired about living here to always being very responsive to emails when I have questions! She is always super friendly and helpful!! And maintenance is always quick to take care of requests as well. I will definitely be renewing my lease as I have been very happy with my choice to live in this community!!

I moved in here in March of 2023. I was looking for a 1 bdrm apartment quickly as I was going through a separation. I was able to move in within two days of signing a lease. I've dealt with countless staff there in the past year and all have been wonderful! The complex is very clean and well kept. I never had a single bug problem when I lived there. I would hear my neighbor upstairs walking around but that's part of living on the first floor. I dont care where you live, you're going to hear your neighbors from time to time. I only wished they had patios, but I knew that moving in. I always felt safe there. Sometimes I'd be up all hours and outside. I never once experienced anything questionable happening. If it weren't for the fact that I'm moving into a house, I'd probably still live there. Thank you all for making my temporary living arrangement a pleasant one! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Management and maintenance are always courteous and responsive. We seldom have any issues. Neighbors are great! Amenities are great! The sound of traffic has increased slightly due to the completion of construction nearby but overall it’s still a pretty quiet place to live.

We have loved living here for the past 2 years. This was a great first home for a newly wed couple. Front office was always helpful when we needed anything and I have to give the maintenance crew a 5 star review as well. They ALWAYS responded quickly to any requests we needed and were always super nice and helpful. Thank you to everyone who works here at the Emerson we greatly appreciate you and all you do!!

I love my apartment here. The ceilings on the second floor make the entire space feel so open. This also allows for the kitchen to have tons of cabinet storage! The closet is also quite roomy- perfect for an office space if you'd like. Everything is new and modern as I think it has only been around for like 3 years or so. The neighborhood is really quiet and calm, so I feel safe walking my dogs outside at night. Everyone that I have met so far has been very friendly too. Also, there is always tons of parking in the back, though I don't usually have problems and I live towards the front of the complex. The staff are such a help. If I ever had any questions, I could easily call the office and Sinclair was always kind to help. The maintenance requests are always quickly dealt with and will continue to come until the issue is completely solved. Also, I love that the gym is 24/7! I haven't had any roach or spider issues, so I am very happy about that! The price is very fair, considering some of the places 10 minutes south are the same price but almost half the size.

Maintenance responds very quickly to Maintenance requests, which is such a relief! Ensuring tenant's issues are resolved is so important. It's nice to know we can count on them when needed here. Major props to them 👏

I have lived at The Emerson Apartment for 5 (five) years, from August 14, 2018 to this day, October 10, 2023. Irrespective of all odds, I chose to stay due to the proximity of my work place, assess to glossary stores, gas stations, medical centers, places of worship, et al! Great friendly neighbors, less noisy, good listening Administrative Staff, and many more !!

UPDATE: It has now been 4 years since I have been living at the Emersons. I am moving out next month, so I felt the need to do a review on my experience. I loved living here and If I wasn't relocating, I would not move. The office team is really nice and always address any issues or concerns. Sinclair has ALWAYS taken care of everything I needed and has been very pleasant when assisting me. I really like the events the staff puts together for the kids. I've always appreciated that. Also, LOVED the food trucks that came by, they have saved me from cooking dinner many times. The maintenance team is very prompt when my requests were put in. They are pretty quick at taking care of whatever the issue is as well. The property is kept clean and maintained, I always see Maintenace outside cleaning. There is an issue with dog poop, but that's the resident's fault, people need to clean up after their own dogs (which they don't). The property amenities are nice as well. The pool, outside lounge area, and gym has always been something I utilized. Overall, I loved it here and I would definitely move back if I ever came back to the city. I moved to the Emerson’s August 2020, it’s been the best experience. From the time i first entered to apply for an apartment throughout my lease, and now entering into a new lease.. Caitlyn is awesome! She’s always very professional, helpful, and overall a genuine person. The complex is always clean,& I have never had any issues with my apartment. Shoutout to Caitlyn, and everyone else who helps in the leasing office. Appreciate all of you.
