this place is great !! the maintenance is so professional & quick to respond. i like how clean it is .. They have new washing machines! I think that's awesome. It shows they care about their tenants. Shawn the leasing agent was very professional & did a great job. Only weird thing that happened to me was that @4am some guy knocked on my door & then hid. I didn't open .. I'm sure his intentions were not the greatest. But that can happen in any neighborhood. It's common sense: Make sure you know who is knocking on your door. Be safe ya'll :)

I've only been here 4 days and I'm okay with it. My son actually found our apartment. It's actually a nice place. I haven't meet the management yet but I've meet some of the maintenance workers after I discovered a few problems like my tubs water was tricky to turn on untill the maintenance guy showed my son how to turn it on. All in all the old adage I'd say is " You get what you pay for!" I think this place is a little gem nestled in a unique town. I 5 starred this place because it is what it is a safe clean environment nestled in a rugged territory. If y'all reading this my hats off to you all. This is Riverside and y'all kept this apartment clean. Thank you, move in was special.
