My grandmother lives at St John's West and so far it has been a very memorable positive experience the staff honestly has gone above and beyond to show their gratitude of how amazing they are and quick they are with her smooth transition of moving in. The property manager whose name is Lillian is amazing I love her so much for all that she does for everyone here, she is super professional at her job and is so sweet and friendly she reminds me of Queen latifah. I love her spunk and perky personality and she's always willing to help and go the extra mile you can't go wrong with her she is a wonderful woman and is very easy to talk to you as well. As for her two assistants in office Asia and Daniella they are both amazing I've interacted with both of these two women and they are so amazing at their job I've had no problems with them my grandmother has had no problems with them and they have always been so sweet and kind they're quick to answer any questions or any concerns or issues we have had and they also go the extra mile just making sure we are happy. As far as the residents there has been a lot of great residents that I've run into either out in the hallway or elevator and they have been very nice and cordial some have had not so good things to say about this place but I disagree my experience here has been great they just might have high maintenance higher standards but for me and my grandmother this has been the best place so far that we have lived at and we have no issues living here and we think the stuff is great as far as their maintenance they are on top of it. So in conclusion and ending to this wonderful review for St John's West thank you so much for making this place a home for my grandmother and our family we absolutely love it here.

This community is modern and well maintained. I have visited a few times and the hallways always smell good and are immaculate! Today I saw not one, but two personnel vacuuming and mopping in different floors. You can tell the staff really care about the property!
