As an Austin-area native, I recognized immediately how special this area is. Shawn was so excited to show me around — pointing out alluring features like the unique art & quality gym equipment — so it was easy to start imagining how fun living at The Anderson could be. Now that I’m here, I’m glad I made the decision to venture further north in Austin than I was accustomed to. Alamo Drafthouse at the Village, Cover 3, Freytag’s Florists, District Kitchen + Cocktails…ALL nearby. 🫶🏽
