So my stay at the enclave has been wonderful The new property management is wonderful. She is very kind and attentive. I can always get a hold of her and take care of whatever issues or concerns I have, and she's very considerate. Thank you so much ......Also the maintenance request work done by Jay is excellent and always done correctly and also very thoughtful. Thank you ....👍👍👍👍👍

The whole move in process was very smooth and Jennifer made it so easy! She was reassuring through the whole process as I was going through a rough housing transition and I was super stressed. She was attentive to my application and walked me through the whole process very easily. Since it was my first time getting my own apartment by myself I was a bit nervous and she made the whole thing a breeze! The trash valet is so convenient, my apartment came clean and with no pest issues, a new floor was installed on move in day which was awesome. Freshly painted baseboards and everything! They also included a welcome home basket with a couple basic necessities like TP, detergent, oven mitt, etc. It was so thoughtful. I had an issue with my toilet getting clogged. I told Jennifer and she passed it on to our maintenance man, Martin. He came right over even though he was busy and fixed it just in a couple minutes! He was quick and very kind. I’m enjoying living here so far. I have multiple ways that I can contact the staff and always feel taken care of here. Thanks to all enclave staff!

I’ve been living at The Enclave for 3 yrs and just renewed for another year. The new property management team Elizabeth, Martin and Jennifer have made great changes and have improved the quality of living. Always a pleasure to have on-site team who is friendly and care about our community. Thanks Resprop

I moved in right when the management transition happened and there was honestly a lot of chaos and confusion and delay with things being completed, my counters were not done properly before I moved in and I had a bug problem from the previous attendant when I moved in but that has been resolved, However, the reason for this 5 star review is one person in particular I want to shout out who has been amazing this whole time has been Jay with Maintenance always has the best customer service, and is so kind! Really cares about the residence here which is so hard to find these days in apartments! Jay shout out to you 👏🏻👏🏻

I have lived at the Enclave for going on 3 years now and I love it! Stephanie is a great manager and is always willing to help when you need it. She responds promptly and genuinely cares about the well being of her residents! Lalo is the maintenance guy on site and he's also super helpful! He's even helped me with car troubles before when he didn't have to because that's the type of guy he is! I live in a corner 1 bedroom apartment and it's great! I'd recommend living here without a doubt!

Stephanie is great and lalo is very attentive. It is a smaller community which is perfect for those looking for friendly neighbors willing to lookout for one another. Huge highlight was that it was not very affected during the winter storm in February. Following the storm they were quick to help others and look out for everyone as needed. Highly recommend to those looking for a great place to live in South Austin.
