I loved living at The Ridge at Headwaters! The views were amazing no matter where you were on the property. I never had any issues as the property was always secured. The staff were always available and very nice. The pool was cleaned every day. If I get the opportunity to move back to Texas, I will definitely look into being a part of the Ridge community again!!

I feel as tho I’ve been scammed. I called prior to applying asking if they work with people who don’t have good credit. I was assured that they don’t take any money until you are approved. Assuming I was approved after being asked to sign up for their rent portal and given an apartment number and told to change the electric in my name and pay the deposit, they decided at the last minute that my credit wasn’t sufficient and I’m now out $300 ($100 of that is from signing up with the electric company) This is just wrong on so many levels.
