I moved in mid Nov 2022 and was really skeptical of the low reviews but gave it a shot. I've been really impressed with how the office accommodates my needs, and maintenance is quick. The apartment is in a prime area near restaurants, 290, and grocery stores. Can't really ask for a better location. I really recommend renting from building 2-4. Best shades during the summer months. Last thing the pest control is great, I haven't had any pest problems since I've moved in, it also depends on your cleanliness as well. It's a 9/10 from me. Would definitely continue renting.
