1/23/25- I am currently a resident, I'm very happy with the maintenance people and the management. They act so fast with your service request. The place itself is simple living and the place is quiet and closer to necessary shops. Ms. Jennifer and Sir Brandon have a great phone etiquette, very great customer service and really trying their best to make this a place like home, they are also great when answering calls from my queries regarding my unit and I'm happy to have a new place to stay. It's simple and welcoming. Thank you Linc :)

Brandon is the most amazing leasing agent! His personality is so loving…He really cares about the community. He goes out his way to make sure us residents are happy. From the moment he came here he addressed so many maintenance issues and really made sure things were done.they really should take a chance on him and make him a manager..I love that he is here for us and the linc at cypress is lucky to have him..I honestly
