Good Afternoon I want to take a moment to THANK the ENTIRE STAFF of the Preserve@Cypress Creek - Great Job I would like to Praise this property team for several things, the day to day, monitoring the parking, and residents, while holding us all accountable for rules of the property, so we can all enjoy our time when we get home, and it is relaxing and fun. Personally there have been so many other excellent things that the staff has helped me with as I adjusted to getting back to living in a community again. All of these things were prior to the amazing job they did in resolving the results of the recent storm. I just moved back to "The Great State of Texas" and this is one of the reasons, because here we use Organization / Teamwork and a get it done attitude to get the job done and this team was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word!! BIG KUDOS to Lety, Ana, Jesus, Vincente, Richard and all of the other folks who jumped in to resolve the damage created by Beryl. Wow, what a great result!!! After struggling in florida and having to deal with the damage of hurricane Ian, I was just bracing myself for the having to endu re another difficult situation. I could not have been more wrong, what a terrific job this staff has done - I am blown away!! Thank You so much for your pursuit of excellence!! As a team they communicated with us to keep us "in the loop," as well setting the proper expectations as soon as they possibly could. I've been here for 3 months now, and I wanted to wait to get a feel for the place before reviewing it. So far, my experience has been positive. Calvina and Amber helped me with my move in, and they made the process very smooth. The apartment itself is great; I don't hear my neighbors. However, that's just my experience, and I'm on the top floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, I don't see why I wouldn't renew my lease; my time here has been great. Just an fyi, the parking situation is a lil rageddy. Unless you don't mind spinning the block, be prepared to pay for a spot.
