I've enjoyed my time living here. Maintenance has been great along with the office staff. I moved here with a very tight time frame and had ZERO problems getting approved and move-in date honored. My unit was fresh and spotless on my move-in day. It's fairly quiet here as well. Neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. I think my only issue has been people parking in my parking space at times. I wish the paid for parking was marked as reserved and to add some visitor spaces. Other than the random parking issue it's affordable, clean, well maintained, and safe.
