Just wanted to giving a shout out to the Galleria Staff for such awesome move in process. I’ve never rented a place site unseen and was a little nervous but when I arrived, The Manager Monica was a delight to work with, she and the other girls in the leasing office really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. THANK YOU LADIES !! And I can’t wait to see the rest of the renovations coming to the Flats.

Update 9/1/22: I am updating because I saw the review about the plumbing. I can attest that yes there were plumbing issues but the new owners have done everything in their power to fix it. I’ve seen them replacing new pipes through an entire building and have seen multiple companies out here on a daily fixing. The repairs are complete and they have started to fill the trenches. The new ownership can only do so much given the conditions they started with. Give these girls a break, they are doing their best. My first experience with new management was awesome. Mary helped with payment issues with portal to where it was a smooth streamline process. Second experience was with Monica and I had a maintenance issue. She got the guys over to my apt and fixed my water problem immediately. I can definitely see the changes happening around here.
