A nice apartment locator lady referred to a few Camden locations after I told her what I was looking for with in my budget. I gotta crawl before I can walk so I applied for a nice one bedroom 🤠 at the beautiful Vanderbilt location. To my surprise it was located right around the area I go and dream at. Lol. Vanderbilt has all the amenities that are open and not closed due to covid y'all. Gym 💪, 3pools 🌊, club house 🎉, storage space and parking 🚗 garages. Oh and the office 📠 center....... I had a few hiccups on my end but the staff helps me work out the kinks every time. For the two weeks I've been here I already feel like family and at home with Jess and Liz. 💜 They are such sweethearts. ❤️ So if your looking to be a Camden resident come check out the Vanderbilt location. It's in Thee perfect area. I love it.(I'm their future spokes person 😆)

Hi! So I’ve been with Camden for as long as I remember a total of 13 years. I have seen and experienced it all hurricanes, snow and even Covid. Camden has proved constantly through hardship's that it could be reliable. I grew up here, I have felt safe and made it apart of my home. If your looking for reasons to move here or Interested in a sense of close community this is an amazing place

The Management office sets an exemplary standard of professionalism and hospitality. Never do I feel like a burden or an inconvenience when reaching out to them; their welcoming demeanor enhances the overall living experience.
A special acknowledgment goes to the maintenance team for their commendable responsiveness and respect when entering residents' homes. Their efficiency contributes significantly to the positive ambiance of the community.
The neighbors and individuals I've encountered on the premises have been nothing short of outstanding, fostering a harmonious living environment. Sharing space with fellow working professionals adds to the sense of respect and camaraderie.
