Sonia is the absolute best!!! She has made this process so easy for me from day one when I called for rates. She got me in so quickly with a very good special and was nothing but sweet and professional throughout the entire time! She's knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions and made my experience such a positive one 🥰. Love her, and I am so glad to have worked with her to get into my new place. I really liked visiting my friend here. The working was convenient. Her apartment was nice and I like the cabinets and large bathroom for a one bedroom.
1. No bugs inside units, just a lot of wasps outside. Been stung already for the first
time in my life because they’re so numerous
2. Front office is amazing. The staff is accommodating and helpful and friendly! Really the main reason I’m giving this place any stars at all.
3. Fast maintenance. You request something and it gets done quickly. Ive personally never waited more than 30 hours.
4. Updated fixtures and very spacious.
5: they always update stuff like roof and fence and power wash the siding.
Cons:
1: Appliances in some units are 10 years old, and in appliance world, that’s like 50’years old. Many of my appliances have had issues, but have been fixed.
2: too many wasps, but that’s not their fault. I just want to warn you thought wasps love trails at city park, too. They are never in my unit, but always chilling outside
3: parking WAS AN ISSUE, but they keep things updated
Overall, I like this place. I do always update this review as months go by, and I think that’s for the best. Why would you want a review from 1 year ago? And I have been here for a year now, anyway at this point. I would say, I’d rather live here than elsewhere. So far. I hope they don’t change: and I hope the found my forever home. Anyway, I think this will be my last update since it’s already been a year. Peace out.

I found this community after moving to Houston this summer. The application process was a breeze, and Anthony honestly has truly been a godsend. I appreciate how quiet the community is how clean it is and how they address things immediately. I have not had any delays in maintenance and I’ve always felt respected. The staff is very professional and have been very accommodating to my family. My unit is spacious, and it was very well kept to be an older property. The grounds are kept beautiful all of my neighbors are very respectful and quiet.

Nice apartments at an amazing price. The units are good but not great. Some older trim and cabinets that were re-painted instead of replaced, but nothing terrible. Management and the front desk staff is always very kind and helpful. They even remember my room number when I come to pick up packages or pay rent, which shows how much they care about their tenants.

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The apartment itself is in great condition. It's clean, well-maintained, and all appliances work perfectly. The apartment is really big, and I've had no issues with noise or maintenance. Management and staff have been incredibly responsive and friendly. As for the supposed issues with security, I've experienced none of that. I feel safe here with the security measures in place. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. I've experienced a positive and welcoming atmosphere from my neighbors, which has added to my overall satisfaction. My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, despite the negative hype from previous reviews. It's important to keep in mind that people's experiences can vary widely, and my own experience has been nothing but five-star worthy. Give it a chance, and you might be pleasantly surprised, just as I have been!
Just started the process today with Sonia. I arrived early for my tour however that was not a problem. She was very enthusiastic about showing me a Unit that fit my needs and she guaranteed that I would like it and I did. The model was very clean and cozy. The only drawback for me was the closet space, very small. Carpet in the bedroom, plank flooring elsewhere. I was very impressed with Sonia’s overall presentation and delivery as she showed me around the complex. If this is indicative of how they manage the complex and how well they communicate with current and future tenants, I’m looking forward to living here if approved. Time will tell as service after the sale sometimes falls short. Thanks for the Tour Sonia !
