The following Dog Breeds are recognized by AKA aggressive breeds and are restricted and will not be allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskie, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. Every dog will be required to participate in a demeanor assessment and may be excluded from occupancy if deemed aggressive or a risk to other community member or residents. If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except application fee, will be refunded to the applicant. We encourage healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents, and we strive to create a community that welcomes everyone and ensures a pet responsible environment. We use a third-party pet application service that is simple and secure while storing your pet’s information in one place.

I'm extremely happy to have chosen these apartments as my new home. DeAndrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions during the application process. She made the entire process feel seamless. After over a month here, they have been quick to address any issues and the turn around time is great. I work from home so it's great that you can get super fast internet access regardless of what provider you chose. Food and package delivery has no problem finding my apartment. There's no issues with coming home late nights because the apartments are well lit and there's a security guard on duty. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking a for a place that truly feels like home.

The experience here was absolutely amazing Christine is a beautiful person she truly cares about the residents and meeting all of expectation and beyond. I would definitely recommend this location.
