I've experienced living in 5-6 different apartments from my first year of university until now, and I must say that my time at Camden Heights has been the most enjoyable. The staff, led by Community Manager Daniel Knapp, has been exceptionally friendly and respectful. The amenities, including the pool, gym, and office area, are not only excellent but also well-maintained.
I want to express my gratitude to Daniel Knapp, who played a crucial role in facilitating our transfer from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Daniel's extensive knowledge of the property and keen understanding of our preferences made the entire process seamless. Despite thinking we knew the floor plan we wanted, Daniel suggested a couple of alternatives, and we ended up falling in love with one of his recommendations, which hadn't been on our radar initially.
Daniel's expertise and patience were evident throughout the decision-making process. He never pressured us, instead offering valuable advice and guiding us towards an outcome that best suited our needs. Whether we had questions or needed assistance, Daniel has consistently been our go-to person. His kindness, politeness, and professionalism have made our living experience at Camden Heights truly exceptional.

Nestled in an amazing location, these floor plans really lets you have your cake, and eat it too. The secondary bedrooms are HUGE, almost the same size as the living room. Quiet area without a lot of interference from other areas since it’s built on a corner. City views on the premier units are a nice touch as well.

I have been living here for roughly over a month and a half and I really wanna highlight Camden Heights Apartments. I’ve lived in several apartments before and this is by far one of the top-tier apartments. I first really want to give credit to all of the staff and how they work in uniformity to ensure that the complexes run smoothly. Hurricane Beryl was tough for the community, but the team handled everything so well. Thank you to Daniel, the property manager, for giving very detailed updates and responses on all the community events thats happens. His correspondence emails are highly important. I want to credit Hayley, who is very calming when she answers the phone no matter the chaos on the other line. lol she offers great details on how to make your stay better during any inconvenience. Thank you Martin for keeping us all updated via text and ensuring that each individual person knows what’s going to happen with their apartment (i.e. the hurricane chaos). I want to give a special thank you to Melvin and Emilio assisting me with a lot of home maintenance. It’s very hard to run a huge complex and they all do amazing!!

Been living in the Camden system for about 4 years now and specifically the Camden Heights location for just over a year, and I'll have to say that I really appreciate the staff dedication to their residents. There is ample parking, maintenance orders are done promptly, the pool and gazebo area are always clean, and I've seen a huge improvement in packages being delivered. I put in a formal complaint with Daniel Knapp about a year ago about packages going missing, and when I check in with him about a year later. He told me that Camden has put an order request to upgrade the signs. Their staff will really listen to you with reasonable concerns. Come visit us complex if you're interested in leasing and if trendy location and are looking for premium services at an affordable rate.

I stayed at Camden Heights in 2022 for a year and loved it so much that I decided to move back! Daniel Knapp was an excellent leasing agent who made my initial stay absolutely wonderful. The maintenance team was always quick to respond and very efficient, though I hardly ever needed them.
Now that I’ve returned, I’m once again impressed by the team. Rudolph has been an absolute gem—helpful, hospitable, kind, and always going above and beyond to help tenants. He is THEE BEST!!!! The entire staff is wonderful! Hailey is such a sweetheart. The level of care and attention at Camden Heights is unmatched. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, safe and beautiful living experience!

I have lived in 8 different apartments all over Houston, and Camden Heights is by far the best! (Greystar utter worst!) I've been here for 6 months, and it's just been such a smooth living experience. (I have also lived in Camden City Centre and Camden Vanderbilt and also great experiences.)
The units are upgraded and modern, the response times from the office are always swift, the grounds are always kept clean and trash-free, but above all, the staff makes it perfect. Their professionalism and kindness are comparable to that of a Bora Bora luxury resort, and maintenance comes to you in less than 24 hours, even for little things like a light bulb change. Shout out to Sylvia, Rudolph, and Hailey!
The proximity to the bike trails is another massive plus. I commonly bike to Downtown, Total Wine, Target, Kroger, and tons of more places virtually exclusively on bike trail. So if you're considering your carbon footprint, or just want to save money on gas, this is your place to be.
The only one complaint I have, but it's out of their control, is the new I-10 rebuild on our doorstep. But in Houston, you cannot elude construction, it will follow you anywhere you go live.
Also, how about this view! Best vantage point of the Houston skyline, and I get to wake up to it every day. :)

Great experience so far! Been here 8 months and have had timely support from maintenance and the leasing office. We had running water and power during Beryl and they are quick and candid with responding to any community issues. My favorite feature is their text support with the leasing office.
