Note: I have not moved into the community yet and can only write this review based off the excellent touring and application experience we had! My partner and I came to 7 Riverway for an impromptu tour and Susan was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She has immense knowledge of the community, complex, and its history, and her passion for her job is infectious! We have never had a leasing agent leave such a positive impression on us that we felt compelled to apply for our future home the next day. The units are absolutely stunning. I have a hard time comprehending how people feel they are dated, alas it may just be my taste. The finishes are incredible, the views are breathtaking in every direction, and it was obvious the amenities and common areas receive diligent love and care.
