Been living here for a month. Leasing office is phenomenal - after I had all but finalized a lease on a unit, a cheaper unit of the same floor plan became available, I asked Austin if it was possible to switch and he made it happen. During the move-in, Ashley saw me struggling with a new OLED tv and literally helped me move it from my rental truck to my apartment front door. My experience with maintenance has been excellent. I put in 5 requests one evening (minor stuff), went to work the next day and came back and everything was done and working perfectly and I had received updates during the day as they were being done. Other tenants are super nice, no bad experiences so far, community amenities are kept in good condition. Very happy so far!

I've been a resident at Camden McGowen Station for almost a year now and it has been an incredible place to live. I travel all over the state for work and have lived in many different apartments/corporate living set ups, this apartment is hands down the best I've ever gotten to call home. The building is extremely well maintained, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the gym is huge and has great equipment, the pool is relaxing, and just the overall feel is different (in a good way) from any other apartment I've stayed in. The leasing and maintenance staff have been outstanding as well - both were very responsive and accommodating. I worked with Eric in the leasing office - he was able to find me the perfect set up very quickly. And unlike other leasing offices he followed up several times during my stay to ensure things were going well. I wish I could take this awesome apartment complex with me to every city I go.
