A maximum of two (2) pets will be allowed per apartment. A refundable pet deposit of $250 is required, or a Deposit IQ non-refundable fee for deposit alternative is required: 1 to 2 pets the DIQ fee is $87.50. In addition, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet will be required. Pet rent of $25.00 per pet per month will be added to the monthly apartment rent. All pets must meet the property requirements as listed in the GWR Master Addendum.

I have lived here for 4+ years, and have never had any type of issue with management or maintenance. In fact, the office staff, Chio, Veronica, and Valerie have always been friendly, professional, and attentive. I have had my maintenance issues, (which have been few), taken care of by Edgar, very promptly and professionally. I have lived in 2 different areas of the complex, and all of my neighbors have been fine. If you're looking for a nice community feel in a good location, then Sage Hollow will welcome you.

I love living here, i been here for two months now and so far i love it here, its so peaceful and i love how quite it is here, i love the pool even tho it needs a bit of more cleaning, the parking lot its so so but when you come late at night thats when you kind of struggle a bit, the apartments have a nice size i just wish my apartment didnt hve carpet at all, the only complaint i have its this apartments are a bit old and have some roaches inside no matter how clean i can be. !
