I love Jasmine & Daniel. I moved here in 2022 and it was so easy and now I’m moving to a new unit within the apartment. The area may look a little rough but the people are nice and quiet and I haven’t had any complaints except the neighborhood cat that makes himself comfortable on everyone’s balcony (we should name him lol). They are a great team and willing to work with you if need be. I love the area so another year should be fine for me before I head off. If you’re looking for a quiet, nice apartment for the time being and management that actually cares, this is the place for you!
