I love Jasmine & Daniel. I moved here in 2022 and it was so easy and now I’m moving to a new unit within the apartment. The area may look a little rough but the people are nice and quiet and I haven’t had any complaints except the neighborhood cat that makes himself comfortable on everyone’s balcony (we should name him lol). They are a great team and willing to work with you if need be. I love the area so another year should be fine for me before I head off. If you’re looking for a quiet, nice apartment for the time being and management that actually cares, this is the place for you!

So far so good. Maintenance was fast and attentive with my work order request. Had an issue with carpet when I first moved in and they had it replaced within 3 days. Very Satisfied.
