Cynthia gave us a wonderful tour of Perla Park Ten and was so helpful in the application process. Furnished, utilities-included packages are reasonably priced. Exciting new renovations of the lobby area and gym also! We ended up staying elsewhere due to a change in our housing needs, but would highly recommend this complex to friends and family looking for a clean and safe space with attentive staff conveniently located right off 1-10.
