I greatly appreciate the Briarwest apartment complex and office! I have lived at Briarwest for about 3 years now, and the office staff has served me very well! They have consistently done everything possible to help make my time here enjoyable. As I write this, I just renewed my lease with them. There are multiple reasons that I appreciate Briarwest: · I was between jobs during COVID and, resultingly, was receiving UI, and they were the only complex which I was considering that accepted UI as a form of income. · They have consistently made time to talk with me as I have had questions, and answered my emails and other communications timely. · They have handled my work orders efficiently and effectively. · They host community events for the residents. · They are very resident (customer) focused. I greatly appreciate everything that the Briarwest Team has done to facilitate helping make my apartment a home here. I appreciate Briarwest more than I can say!

I am living in Briarwest Apartments complex for years and I am willing to stay more years to come. My neighbors are very nice and the management too. Especially Malika the manager and Ms Carmen. Ms Carmen is also very friendly and very helpful. She is professional in her work field.
