First of all the Property Managers Ericka and Jozie are dutiful, respectful and professional. My first experience was memorable. I will never forget Jozie personal attention to my son and I needs. I have lived in Texas for 15 yrs and I never experienced the detailed fees and services explained by a property manager before coming to Century Park Office. The Century Park Apartment Complex is well maintained, visually. The pool water is clear, laundry room is clean. The 1 bedroom apartment I viewed smelled so fresh and clean. I believe SPRUCE has partnered with my Complex. The living room houses a fireplace; entry to a patio storage room for any size washer/dryer or just storage; the kitchen has all electric appliances; bathroom has shower/tub. There is very big counter top walled mirror and under the sink storage cabinets. The high quality laminate floors are easy to maintain and were professionally installed. Ample ceiling height. Central air and heat. Sliding patio door with vertical blinds allow in fresh air and light. I couldn't wait so I moved in May, 2024. Me a 55+, Cancer survivor, and my first 1 bedroom apartment with the keyless ADT entry which records all entry and exits on an app is my fave and helpful. No looking for keys. Open and lock my front door from my phone as well as the entry gate. There is an app to pay rent and an app that helps builds credit too. I reserved a parking spot for a small monthly fee. Also door to door trash pick up. A daily email description of community events, and flyers to alert tenants of other information happening in the Century Park community. Century Park Apartments are neighboring a Harris County EMS; La Michoacana Market and Family Dollar Store. Gas stations, fast food restaurants, and some businesses are just a short walking/ driving distance. For me, the location is ideal. The front office Managers and maintenance staff will always greet you with a smile, good vibes, and are available to assist me whether it's changing a few batteries to preventive maintenance via app, phone call or in person They are all very nice people, skilled, eager and capable to do whatever it takes to help. I am glad Jozie was there for me and my family when I was searching for a place to stay, she assisted me in ways no other Apartment Complex in and around Houston/Spring/ Humble area could in filling out my rental application. Century Park's budget friendly pricing, convience, amenities, accommodations, location, security, pest control. and wireless automated services. There is one of two things that will always stand out in my mind: The power outage and devastation following Hurricane Beryl in July 2024. Ericka and Jozie, and maintenance staff performed truly outstanding feats in areas of management. Truly above and beyond. My family was impressed as well. I love living here. My neighbors and their fur babies are also so kind and considerate. I hope to continue my stay as long as I can. Thank you to the GWR Property owners. This property on Imperial Valley Dr is well worth the investment in any improvements or allocations considered. Thank you again, respectfully... jcm + son Tenant since 5/03/24
