I've been living at Windsong since September of 2014....I LOVE IT HERE!!! The office staff is awesome, big shout out to Michelle and Smyrna for always being so friendly helpful and efficient, maintenance is wonderful, and it is so safe and secure here!! I've never had to worry about my kid's safety or my own, the grounds are great and always well tended, and any construction or repairs are made on time and as promised!!! I love it here!!!
This place should be rated way better than what it is. The people in the office are understanding and work with you with whatever you need. Anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved that same day or later on with proper communication and updates. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a quiet area.

My husband and I moved in here June of 2017. It was a long distance move from San Diego so it was more challenging to see the place and get everything handled but the office was very helpful and made it easy. The place is quiet and it's nice to see kids running around and riding their bikes. We also really like the actual apartment itself. We live in more of the condo style one bedroom. It's a great size and laid out quite nice. We don't ever hear our neighbors and I know people live there so that is an added bonus. The location is good as well. It's close to places to eat, shopping (whatever you need) and parks. It's right next to the Botanical Gardens which is a nice addition. Finally, it was so great to find a place our dogs could belong. When apartment hunting it can be stressful with bigger dogs. However, they were welcomed here and whenever we are out walking them we always get a smile from the office staff. It makes me feel like they really are welcome.
I give 5 stars to an amazing staff for the move-in process. First of all, they answer the phone. 90% of the time they pick up with no need for voice mail phone tag. A good sign they are not avoiding current renters. I initially spoke to Jazz who was professional, kind, and informative. When a hiccup in the process came along she made a personal call to reassure us we could continue investigating the apartments as a potential home. This was so comforting because she took a difficult situation and made it easier. Without this call we may have looked elsewhere. 2nd. Jeffery was friendly, funny, and a wealth of accurate information and easy to communicate with. Next up was Matthew. Oh my gosh, Matthew! This man is gold. He worked through every phase of the background check, document collection, financials, lease agreement and addendums and explained our options and opportunities for the best overall experience with our lease obligations. A move is a tough process but if there is one person that makes the process easier then the load you carry is that much lighter. That person in our process was Matthew. Thank you Matthew. Thank you Windsong Village. We look forward to a peaceful living experience and are comforted by your hospitality and kindness that this will be a good experience. In three months I will write an update on the living experience.

I researched a lot of properties within the general location of Windsong. With that being said, I am extremely happy with my choice, My review will be based on 3 segments - The initial meeting and tour. The Move in, and the post move in.
When i first called, I was invited to come tour the property, the gentlemen on the phone was extremely kind and professional, and was able to answer a lot of general question. Upon my arrival, I met with Anthony who is part of the management team. Anthony was incredibly friendly and asked the appropriate questions to dissect my needs and see if he could assist with tailoring a residence suitable for me. We toured a model unit and it was to my liking, I had a laundry list of expectations and told Anthony everything upfront, Most people just listen and agree, but you can tell Anthony really payed attention and applied everything to detail.
During the application process, Anthony stayed on top of everything keeping me informed, There was a day when i had to inquire about my status and Anthony was off, that was my first introduction to Tasha, the property manager. I thought i would have to re explain my situation, but to my surprise, she was already well aware and updated me accordingly. This shows me that the team employed communicate among each other quickly and efficiently. I got my keys the morning they opened, and the make ready team did a superb job at making my apartment ready for move in. Floors cleaned and vacuumed, apartment still smelt of fresh paint but it was neat and dry, all utilities were active and tested prior to my arrival. I was registered already with the gate code and my mail box. EXTREMELY SMOOTH TRANSITION! everyone knows the move is a tense and stressful part of the entire living changed, the staff met all their commitments they set fourth, and exceeded my expectations.
After the move, I find the property is lively yet peaceful at the same time, I have very kind neighbors, and love my view. I have had 2 maintenance concerns,
1. I found I had an outlet that did not function, I simply called, and to my surprise it was fixed next business day. please keep in mind, this is during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The maintenance personal arrived while i was at work to administer the repair. I have a smart home system set up and I am able to log into my indoor camera's remotely. The staff at that time were unaware. I watched their repair person enter my home, do the task assigned and leave, locking my door and checking that it was locked. He was extremely respectful to my apartment and belongings. This defined character (people tend to truly reveal themselves when no one is watching) Kudos to him!
2. Minor issue with the A/c being low on Freon, again the staff investigated and recharged my AC, works great and i did not have to wait. they also replaced my AC filter.
I am extremely satisfied with the treatment of the team and look forward to my stay here at Windsong.

2 yrs here office staff, door locks, and maintenance staff changes. So far this works best for the property. The rent does increase every year. I love the townhouse but the stairs I can't continuing climbing. An apartment was my next choice but I'm scared of living beneath someone. So I decided to move out at the end of lease, but I will recommend this property to others. Office staff Michelle and Smirna.

I am so happy with my townhouse it almost feels like I’m in an actual house everything is so beautiful and the grounds are kept clean and vibrant with beautiful trees and landscaping

Honestly the Assistant Manager Smirna Helped me I came in December looking for a new how with a washer and dryer and just more space I went to 4-5 different other places and they just were not it didn’t have the things I wanted and I came here last and Smirna helped and The Manager Michelle is great too the move in process was fast and smooth they both are Great. 😊 I highly recommend if you want a quiet place more space and managers that work with you.
