I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Lily’s communication was excellent, and I always knew where I stood in the process. Lily was not only thorough in answering all my questions but also genuinely cared about ensuring that I had everything I needed. When I arrived at Lively Cypress Creek, I was immediately impressed by the property itself. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a serene, well-kept atmosphere that truly lives up to the "Lively" name. I'm very thankful for the way the office staff treated me and processed my application. They were able to work with my schedule and follow up with me appropriately to get me in my unit and help me get my apartament faster. Miss Lily was very kind , sweet and helpful throughout the entire process, her costumer service is excellent !! . I am truly grateful to the entire apartment office team. They made my moving process stress-free and offered all the help possible. I really recommend these apartments to live in, they are spacious and with very good lighting in the living room and kitchen area. They have a 24 hour gym and a lovely swimming pool available. Beside that the security system is great in the apartments and the gates will not open unless you are a resident of the place which makes it a very safe place to live. I am really happy and satisfied with having decided to move here. 🏠🤍
