I first lived in this apartment when my family moved to the United States. I had been interested in this apartment since I was in Japan. I have lived here for 14 months and I am very satisfied. First, Parus and all the staff members are very kind and respond quickly to any issues. The maintenance staff members are also sociable, and I got along with them very well. I think every apartment complex seems busy all the time. Moreover, it seemed that regular tasks such as plant management, window cleaning, and lawn care within the apartment complex were done thoroughly. There are other comments mentioning that the gate often breaks, and I agree with that. Haha. I also made many friends within the apartment complex and they treated me very well. I recommend this apartment. To the leasing center staff who have been kind to me, the very friendly maintenance staff, and the people at the apartment who made me feel like family, thank you all for everything you have done so far.

I usually don't write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. I am writing this review to express the high level of professionalism Jose the office manager displays when tenants approach him with questions and concerns. Not only does Jose take the time to listen to tenants' concerns, he also takes prompt actions to address the issue. Jose does a wonderful job of enforcing the rules whenever necessary using clear communication, while always maintaining a positive attitude. Thank you Jose! Your kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated.
