I would like to extend my gratitude toward two professional lease agents Ms. Maria Gonzalez and Ms.Leticia Sandoval, Ms. Maria was very professional in getting me in my apartment on move-in date, she made sure everything was completed if not she let me know it will as soon as possible, she made sure that make ready professionals had everything completed before the movers showed up. I would like to say Grayson Apartments is just not an apartment it's a home very quiet, pet friendly community. I would like to also add Ms.Leticia Sandoval was very professional also in resolving a mishap on my portal and credited my account, I really appreciated how she handle the situation in a timely manner, very mild and moderate voice in speaking to me, so that I can understand how the portal goes, I want to thank you all for being kind, compassionate in my time of need. I moved in on October 11th and when I tell you if it was not for the Grace of GOD, Nikki and Jerry I would probably be moving back to Chicago. I am so grateful to Jerry he is a life saver. I’m new to Texas and started an awesome position and now I have a lovely apartment in a lovely community.
