Moving to this apartment community has been beyond safe and great for my family. Maintenance, front office administration and the management are fast acting on any issue. The community events held by the front office are fun. The pool is one of my favorite places to be at.

Wow I can’t believe the apartments we have here! Miranda at the office was so nice and smart at her job. Showed us around and have made us had a safe feeling of moving around this town!! Two months of my family living here and I’m always welcomed and greeted outside in the morning! Maintenance does the best as I can see while our apartment looks so nice!!! Can’t stay anywhere else!

I came to League City as an out-of-state intern, fresh out of college. The staff here made such a large and stressful transition, seamless. They were (and still are) very transparent with me as a resident. Their patience and assistance while I navigated uncertainty about extending my lease, post-internship and pre-workforce, showed me their sincere commitment to its residents. Thank you Camice, Erica and Miranda! Your compassion is what sets your team (and Victory North) apart.
This is not the first time the staff has gone above and beyond for me. Charles has also been an immense help throughout my time here. He is a very kind and responsive maintenance guy. Apart from being extremely reliable, he is very approachable!

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. My dog loves it as well.

My husband and I moved here in July and it has been great since the move. The staff is pleasant, maintenance comes with urgency if and when there is an issue, and the apartment complex is well kept. We are enjoying our new home and glad we made the choice to come to Victory North.

The Victory North apartments are in a great location with easy access to I-45 and a variety of stores and restaurants.
Move in was easy and the apartment/facilities are clean. The property management staff have been friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Any needed maintenance work has been done promptly and professionally. Valet trash pickup 5 days a night has also been a huge plus. It’s a dog friendly complex with many dogs and a dog park situated in the center of the all of the apartments.

Great location and beautiful apartments!! Move in process was definitely the easiest I’ve ever had. Miranda was incredibly helpful, nice, and professional! Nothing but good experiences with the maintenance as well.
Great access to i45 and lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Only about 10 minutes from Buccees. Definitely a child friendly environment. Couldn’t ask for a better complex for my 9 month old to grow up in. Highly recommend!
