My nephews come visit me everyday and they love playing outside. I just wish there was a park here but there’s a lot of space & shade in front my apartment too play and other kids. The AC does go off here in there but they get it fixed ASAP. I wish there was visitor parking tho because my visitors have to park across the street then walk over to my building in the back. Other than that I plan on being here for awhile.

My name is Pete and I am the FedEx driver for the Biltmore at camelback apartments. I have been delivering there for the past 3 years. The grounds are well kept and is a very clean complex. The whole staff has always made me feel like part of there family. Giovann and Yadira are very professional as the managers. Kaleb and Josh are always friendly and very professional too. When I run into Sonia and Demetria they always say hi and are very friendly. I have watched the whole staff interact with the tenants that live there and I will say I always see the tenants smiling when they leave the office. If I didn’t own a home I would definitely move into the complex and feel really at home cause that’s the way they make you feel.

He checked out the a/c unit and discovered that the a/c motor was burned out. Eddie had the part on hand and swapped it out within a matter of minutes and then our a/c was back up and running. Kudos to Eddie for his quick response to our maintenance emergency and quick service in this heat. Eddie you're awesome, me and my family appreciate you.
