Brilliant, light-filled loft has an immense, open, two-level, cathedral ceiling front space. Floors are hardwood throughout on main, central level except in half bath. Open living room's street-facing wall has seven windows. It includes a gas fireplace. There's a space just outside the kitchen that's perfect for the dining arrangement. Eat-in kitchen is inset, with the upstairs bedroom above it. Its all stainless appliances include stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has its own dining arrangement, lots of cabinets, and a built in buffet. Stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet. Main entry to the unit from the building's hallway is at the back of the kitchen. Half bath is across from the kitchen. Top and bottom floors are accessed via an iron spiral staircase. Each has a bedroom with full bath with shower-over-tub. Both are carpeted except for bath, and each has a desk setup. Upper, top floor's bedroom is very large. It overlooks the front room and therefore gets a lot of light. It has a king-size bed, built-in vanity facing the bed, and curtained off wall closet. Downstairs bedroom has a standard closet and its own access to the building's exterior.
