One-car parking is included, with maximum vehicle length of 16’3”, maximum width of 6’3” and maximum height of 5' 8”. Bicycle parking is also included. Centrally located near San Francisco’s cultural center, The Performing Arts District (PAD), this condo is a short distance from the SF Symphony, Ballet, and Opera. Several of the City’s major cultural and governmental buildings are located in the Van Ness/Civic Center neighborhood, along with the Civic Center Plaza and United Nations Plaza. The area is brimming with history and is the epicenter for culture and the arts. Whole Foods is nearby, and from 750 Van Ness you are in the center of the city and close to major highways for quick transportation. PG&E is paid to $100 per month, and the tenant is responsible for any amount over $100. No high heel shoes are allowed on the hardwood floors. Pets are permitted with permission, but certain types of pets are not allowed, including monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and certain dog breeds. No more than two pets are allowed per unit. The pet rest area at the roof is for exclusive use of approved pets, and you must clean up after each use. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not doing this. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
