The right is reserved to deny residency to any animal deemed aggressive whose breed is not explicitly listed. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Pets with a history of biting are not permitted. You assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless against any loss, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever resulting from the privilege of having a pet on the premises. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals not listed here while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately.
