The building offers high-speed elevators, a bike room, a rooftop deck, a dog run, and a package room, making it a perfect place to call home. Parking is available for an additional $400 per month. Cats and dogs up to 45 lbs are allowed, with certain breed restrictions. A non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required for pets. The pet rest area on the roof is for the exclusive use of approved pets, and a fine will be charged for any owner not cleaning up after their dog. Located in the Inner Mission neighborhood, 1863 Mission is conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Cultural and arts events, as well as music venues, are just steps away. PG&E is paid up to $175 per month, with any amount over being the tenant's responsibility. The owner covers internet, sewer, and garbage. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit and are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. A fine will be charged for any owner not cleaning up after their dog. Pets with a history of biting are not permitted, and the tenant assumes full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
