Cats and dogs up to 45 lbs are welcome, with specific breed restrictions and a non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit required. A monthly pet charge also applies. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit and are not allowed in common areas except to enter or exit the building. Please clean up after your pet, as a fine will be charged for non-compliance. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and PG&E is covered up to $145 per month, with tenants responsible for any overage. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
