The location is exceptional, with easy access to MUNI, BART, tech shuttles, and the vibrant 24th Street filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. This exceptional fully furnished Noe Valley cottage offers a spacious and comfortable living environment. The unit features a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom with a shower over the tub, and a private deck, along with a small deck off one of the bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer within the 800 square feet of living space. Pets are permitted at the property with prior permission. A non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. Certain types of pets are not allowed, including some dog breeds and any dog over fifty pounds. Pet owners are responsible for any personal injuries or property damage caused by their pets and must clean up after them. A fine will be charged for not picking up after dogs. The property is just minutes from the shops on 24th Street, Church and Valencia, as well as beautiful outdoor escapes like Glen Park Canyon, Billy Goat Hill Park, and the Noe Valley Tennis Courts. Nearby schools include St Paul S School, Mission Education Center, and Fairmount Elementary School. The closest grocery stores are Sun Valley Dairy, Church Produce, and Modern Market. Nearby coffee shops include Noeteca, Spin City Coffee, and Lovejoy's Tea Room. Nearby restaurants include Alice's Restaurant, Clay Oven Indian Cuisine, and Twin Peaks Pizza & Pasta. The hills surrounding Noe Valley give it an air of remoteness and removal from the city. PG&E is paid up to $175 per month, with any amount over $175 being the tenant's responsibility.
