There were some issues, of course, here & and there, but the management team, particularly Lacey, and later on Sam, have done an amazing job at addressing any issue I had. The location was perfect for me. The bus stop for the #70 bus just in the front is a big plus, I could go anywere from there. The neighborhood was calm & I had no issues living there. There's convenience store and deli across the street that cover my need. And there's an Amazon locker inside the building for all my orders. The building & all shared premises (kitchens, balconies & and rooftop) were always clean. Cleaners come twice a week. My unit was on the 6th floor, which was great, though your experience in lower floors might be different.
