Horrible management companies hired to manage property! Went through 3 companies in 2 yrs. Revel management, Maven properties and now Ave5..Read the reviews on all 3 and be the judge yourself. No communication from these people period so good luck on getting a hold to anyone once they get your money and you move in! I had to go the legal route to do a move out because they never responded to my 20 day move out notice. A huge headache to deal with definitely would not recommend!
