Paula and zumei are really nice managers, Apt is very nice and clean and very quiet and the view of the water is very amazing. And it is down town but the manager control all the mess out there and is on top of my home. I like the fact that the maintenance gets done with in 24 hours. Love it it's worth living here they deserve more then ,5 stars !!!!!! I like that she's in full control, and doesn't allow o one to ruin the beauty of this building she manges with class and respect,

I’ve been in my apartment for a year now and in the beginning I didn’t know much about the area, I was really worried after I moved in because we were going through management like crazy, it was filled with people who were coming in and out and seemed to feel like my “secure building” was not secure at all. And honestly would have gotten a 0 star if possible. Then we got a Manager Paula S. and assistant Zunhi that truly cares and takes pride in the way our building looks, cleanliness and security/safety. Anything I have asked or mentioned have been addressed. I’m glad I made the choice to stay. In just the past month alone we have gotten so many upgrades to our building to make sure we feel secure and safe! Not only that but putting rules and regulations in place and sticking to them. I love the city life and location is super convenient! I have recommended this apartment to a couple friends for I feel location, price and updates are fair. Don’t let the reviews scare you away, come see for yourself!
