Smells like raw sewage and on-site management is negligent and the property management company deducted a large item removal from my deposit when I already paid online and also charged me for something else just titled August 2023, which is weird because I already paid rent and utilities for that month. They also refuse to explain it or refund me for the double charge. Typical slumlords.
