I've been here since early 2021 and have really enjoyed living here for the most part. Some of the previous management companies that came in last year were terrible, but since Guide took over things have been good again. The neighborhood is great, current management has been very responsive and helpful whenever there have been issues, and the rent is pretty reasonable all things considered. It's definitely not some super high-end luxury building, but it's certainly not run-down either. I plan to renew again next year if all stays the same.

I moved in a several months ago.....from beginning to end it was very professional, seamless and super great. I worked with Tori and Christain....and even though I had question after question, they took the time to reply very quickly and were very sweet and thorough with each and every question I blasted them with. My place is great, the whole complex as a whole is clean, quiet, safe and issues that may arise are taken care of swiftly. I am super glad I moved here and know that if I ever have questions or concerns the management team will be there and take care of things.....communication is very transparent....so everything for me personally from beginning till now has been nothing but exceptional.
