I'm a current tenant here. It's almost a year now. I had a good experience at this place. The manager (Alexander) here is so nice, he responded to all my queries and requests. I once left my keys at work and the manager came to give me my spare keys. The apt is old but I didn't have any issues. I have not raised even a single maintenance request in the past year. The package remains safe for a few days outside your door or near mailbox. I never had any issue with any of my neighbors. I use to work from home and rarely had issues that is mainly due to fire truck or ambulance which only last for seconds. Overall I would say its a good place for the price.
