I nearly didn't tour Chandler Hall due to the ratings I saw online and I'm really glad that I did. Since those reviews were written the property manager has changed. I moved into Chandler Hall 1 month ago and the whole experience has been really pleasant. From filling out the application to actually moving in, Blake, the property manager was very responsive and prompt to address any questions I had. My studio is on the fourth floor and it's quite spacious and airy and adorable and the bathtub is very deep. I can fit a full size bed, a loveseat and desk with ample space for walking around! The location is awesome as well. I'm about a 10 min walk from the Seattle Center and numerous restaurants and activities. If you're looking for a home that's relatively close to everything with lots of unique vintage charm, I would recommend giving Chandler Hall a tour!
