So far so good! We moved here back in June and I’m surprised about the poor review. We moved from Cap Hill and the area is just lovely in beacon hill! Theres a park two block away, red apple is close, and there’s coffee/wine on the corner! The rent is a good price for what you get, we were paying the same price for a studio with no natural light before moving I to this place. The tall ceilings and big windows are just lovely. Also they have updated counters, appliances, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher! You can’t beat this in Seattle (Unless you want to pay $500-$1000 more per month). Neighbors are lovely and I feel really safe here.

Building is old and completely falling apart (cracked foundation and ceilings). Can hear scratching in the walls (from rodents). Two attempted break ins. Lived here for 3+ years, rent went up twice with no improvements to the building or units. Several new apartment buildings near by for equivalent to the prices charged here for much better conditions. Property management company is completely incompetent. Save all documentation.
