Wanted to make a special call out to the staff (Brandon, Kayla , and Nicole), who are amazing!!! They know everyone by name, always smiling, helpful and responsive. I'm relatively new, and liked it enough to extend and upgrade to a bigger unit. They really helped with the apartment swap. It also gave me a chance to preview the check-out process. Very transparent, no surprises, no mystery charges. Your security deposit is safe! You can't ask for more!

I didn’t want to like this building, but I did. The management team + maintenance really do bend over backwards to resolve issues. The residents sway towards a younger crowd, but everyone is respectful and very, very friendly. Lots of dogs+ enclosed park. Easy to walk around to the other SA attractions. Parking sometimes slightly inconvenient, but for city living it’s kinda expected. The leases are flexible and most reasonably priced for the area. Honestly there are too many pros to list under one review.. but cons include difficult food delivery system (the drivers get lost always), thinner wall structure, occasionally missing packages due to no 24/7 front desk. Oh - also kinda hard to move large items into certain parts of the building. Overall, I would live here again!

I’ve lived here for around 4 years, and for most of that time the guys that managed the place didn’t do a great job keeping it clean and weren’t very engaging with the residents. Ever since Dodson took over, there have been events where they offer free food or do something fun like Easter egg hunts. Additionally, they’re much more organized than the company before them and I’m very impressed with the changes they’ve made in the recent months.

It's owned by a large property management group, so there's a certain amount of bureaucracy to deal with, but that's to be expected. The rates are reasonable. The location is great. Rooms were as described/pictured. One complaint would be quality of construction. There's some gaps between baseboards and the floors, but that's not the property manager's fault... That the fault of whoever got the building contract. The best part of the experience has been dealing with Kayla and Ashton. They've really gone above and beyond since the start. Kayla was is constant communication with me and answered all my questions. She sent videos of the room, sent me dimensions before move, so I could buy furniture that would fit... lots of good to say about her. The staff does seem a bit overworked, but maybe this is the busy season. Regardless they've really done well to ensure a smooth move in and that any hiccups were quickly resolved. If they don't raise rent, maybe I'll resign and convince some friends to move here.
