If you have ever wanted to live in a place that smells like heaven as soon as you walk in the door, has the most amazing ambience, incredible conference room space, beautiful living room, and pool area, PLUS Our own gift wrapping station and …..not to mention the most phenomenal people with the most generous and giving hearts then this is the place that you should live!!! No, no one paid me to say this all — it is ALL directly from my heart!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! They had me at HELLO!! (Erik was my leasing agent! Erik was 10,000% Amazing!!! No joke!! He is Incredible!! Plus he’s an Eagles fan! Even better!! 😁But I have worked with all of them and their POSITIVE energy is contagious!!

Tapestry apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Selena was great to work with in making a decision to move into the complex. She answered my numerous questions without hesitation, and made sure my transition was smooth and seamless. The amenities are amazing. I am looking forward to spending time by the pool, in the meditation room, and the workout area. While working from home, I am looking forward to conducting meetings in the breakout rooms. And at the end of a long day, l am looking forward to a relaxing evening on my balcony.

Love living here! Maintenance is great , they’re so nice and when you put in a work order they’re usually there the same day to fix it or first thing the following day. Selena is an angel and goes above and beyond, her and Ashley are the best and are so kind and helpful! Brett is the best too, always greets you with a smile and is super helpful! Where I am in the building it is quiet! The amenities are great, love the location, the apartments are really nice on the inside! Love that there is a parking garage attached to the building. Nice area to walk your dog if you have one. Community has cool events and breakfasts etc.
This is review #2, but it’s completely justified since we’re approaching a year of residency here at Tapestry. I want to give a big shoutout to the service team, especially Sterling. I’ve submitted a few tickets for minor issues we’ve encountered, like “screen door not easy to open” or “wobbly dishwasher.” These “issues” that could be considered minor by other property maintenance teams have been handled quickly and professionally. If I submit a ticket at 11 p.m., someone is here to address it the next day at 10 a.m.
I can’t help but mention the awesome leasing staff as well. Everyone here is friendly and great to talk to.
Considering these things, it will be an easy decision to stay here for another year.

I had the pleasure of touring Tapestry West this summer and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I was given a tour by Selena who is an absolute angel. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, vibrant and easy to speak with. She addressed all of my numerous questions with ease, gave me detailed notes about each unit we visited so I could recall the specifics later, and provided top-notch, five-star service. I truly felt like a VIP and genuinely valued throughout my visit which is something I definitely cannot say for other buildings I've toured. The apartments themselves were absolutely STUNNING- very clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were also incredible!! What stuck out to me most was their meditation room, I've literally never seen anything like it. Definitely worth a peek in there if you visit!! It also smells extremely good downstairs in the lobby area so loved that! I was seriously considering moving here but ultimately decided on a different city. If I ever do decide to live in Richmond, Tapestry West will definitely be my #1 choice!! Thank you again for making the experience magical for me.

Love this place! Erik and Selena have been so helpful with the move in process. The service you get here is exceptional. Erik took the time to make a personal walk through video of my unit before move in. It feels like i’m living at a luxury hotel with all of the amenities. My favorite one is the fire pit. I work from home and love that the units have network ports in each room.
Edit: I met Ashley at the front office to turn in paperwork and it was a delight. It was at the end of the business day but she still took the time to smile and make sure my move is going smoothly. Maintenance was very prompt at resolving an issue I had with the back door. They do great work! This is by far the most well maintained place I’ve lived.

I moved to Tapestry West a month ago, and I can honestly say this place is amazing. The staff—Ashley, Selena, Brett, Chris, and his service team—welcomed me warmly when I moved in. The luggage carts on move-in day were a huge convenience, making the experience feel like checking into a JW Marriott, but better since this is my home now.
The amenities are top-notch. The property uses Techno Gym equipment, which is state-of-the-art. No more dealing with Life Fitness treadmills that skip or have broken speeds. The neighbors are friendly, and the community feels very welcoming. It's a great place to call home.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and located in a very nice and safe area. There are plenty of activities nearby, such as rock climbing, and conveniences like a supermarket just a 2-minute drive away, along with several great restaurants within 3-5 minutes.
The service was impeccable! Selena was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. She answered every single question I had, whether through phone calls or emails, and even took the time to show me around. Her openness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated—huge shoutout to her!
The amenities are excellent, including a gym, a pool table, and even a dedicated gift-wrapping space. Overall, this is an amazing place—safe, quiet, and a fantastic environment both inside and out!
